It’s worth noting that tweed doesn’t possess a kilting selvage, meaning that it needs to be hemmed at the bottom of the kilt. While a blind stitch may not be sturdy enough for these thicker fabrics, we ensure that the stitch running through the fabric is as discreet as possible and blends in seamlessly with the cloth pattern.
